Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Amazon technical support and a track record of solving complex issues with Amazon listings and accounts. Our ideal candidate will have the confidence to communicate directly with clients, an innovative approach to troubleshooting and the curiosity to stay on top of new developments on the platform. We need a proactive, organised team player who has a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving. Skills/Experience:

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Technical Specialist to join our rapidly growing team of experts.

Your core responsibilities would include:

  • Daily Technical Support: Assisting Brand Managers to solve technical issues related to account health and product listings. Proactively identifying the issues and promptly finding a solution for them.
  • Task Management: Staying organized with current and new tasks to effectively work on the tasks that the team or clients assign.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly updating Brand Managers and clients on new progress and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • General Technical Updates: Sharing new knowledge with other team members to ensure everyone is updated with new tools and approaches to solve technical issues.

Good Knowledge is needed of the following areas:

  • Product Listing and Optimization
  • Product Launching and Ranking
  • Variation Listing
  • Managing Orders, SFP
  • Inventory Management, FBA Shipping and Setup
  • Creating Coupons, Deals and Discounts
  • Trademark Infringement, IP Complaints, Listing Reinstatement, Manage Compliance
  • Brand Registry
