We charge a percent commission on all successful reimbursements, including inventory reimbursements. To value a unit of inventory, we use the amount per unit value Amazon assigns. This is a platform fee charged by Carbon6 & Seller Investigators to use their software and technology.

No. In accordance with Amazon’s Terms of Service, we do not automate any claim submissions. Your case manager reviews each potential claim and manually submits quality claims with accurate data.
Fees are only charged on reimbursements that are granted directly from a case opened by Sitruna Recovery and identified by the Carbon6 / Seller Investigators software. No fees are charged on reimbursements outside of this, and all cases are tracked via the platform
