  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Support the build of internal and client-facing reporting systems.
    • Assist in improving the quality and efficiency of existing reporting processes.
    • Perform ad-hoc data pulls to support delivery teams
    • Conduct ad-hoc data analytics projects to uncover insights for clients or delivery teams
    • Build ad-hoc custom reporting for clients with specific requirements
  • Training and Team Support
    • Deliver training sessions to increase data literacy within the company (PH team focus)
    • Educate team members on automation possibilities and encourage them to identify processes suitable for automation.
    • Host regular drop-in sessions to provide guidance and address data-related queries from team members (PH team focus)
    • Be available for on-demand support regarding data questions and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration and Enablement
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the design and execution of data-driven solutions.
    • Collaborate on the development of internal processes
    • Partner with the team to create reusable templates and tools that standardise data workflows and reporting

Your qualifications are:

  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in a data-centric role
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, LookerStudio, and BigQuery
