This brand strongly focuses on creating premium quality supplements formulated with active ingredients. Using premium herbal extracts, they endeavour to make high-quality products suitable for all dietary requirements.
Our client sought our expertise to bolster their Amazon presence. Our primary goals were to boost conversion rates and organic ranking.
We were enlisted to overhaul their account with optimised content and PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising campaigns. We were also asked to support new product launches, such as Milk Thistle products, with the goal of maximising ROI (Return On Investment).
We created compelling search engine optimised product copy to boost the searchability and conversion of the products. Our graphics team optimised their infographics to highlight key product features; developed a compelling Brand Story to reflect the brand's mission and values; and upgraded their A+ Content to Premium for a more interactive and engaging user experience.
Our PPC strategy included reviewing and refining existing ad campaigns to understand where we could enhance performance. We conducted in-depth competitor and keyword research to identify new targets, using data from the Search Term Report, and Product Opportunity Explorer insights.
By adopting auto-targeting we were able to discover converting key terms. Search Query Performance data helped us identify key terms with low purchase share and popular search trends in the market.
More specifically, we launched single keyword/ASIN campaigns for top-of-funnel keywords to help improve product search ranking and the likelihood of appearing on product detail pages for best-seller rank competitors. We explored broader key terms that highlight product benefits, aiming to expand visibility in the category. We also added branded phrases, whilst targeting competitor terms and ASINs.
We partner with Perpetua and used their platform to produce advanced goals for new listings, ensuring we had comprehensive keyword targeting per ASIN, for auto, branded and competitor phrase targeting. By enrolling new listings in Amazon’s Vine program we were able to generate product reviews.
Finally, we added the listings to Helium10’s Keyword Tracker to closely monitor organic positions and track keywords with Amazon badges or those with particularly high search volume keywords in the category.
As a retention strategy, we adding all listings to the Subscribe and Save program to increase customer retention and recurring sales.
Our strategic approach to content optimisation and PPC management has significantly enhanced the brand's Amazon presence.
Month over month, we have seen increasing conversion rates, growing organic sales, and improved PPC sales, culminating in the highest monthly conversion rate of nearly 50% for the account in May 2024.
With close monitoring of the organic rank on high search volume key terms in the category, our efforts ensured that our client kept winning Amazon badges and achieved their spot at the top of search results, driving impressive sales growth and strengthening overall brand identity.
We were thrilled we supported our client to achieve the #1 ranking in Milk Thistle Supplements in the UK for the new listing we launched with velocity. We also added Sponsored Brand Video and Sponsored Display campaigns, which not only increased brand awareness but drove new-to-brand purchases.
